Silly girl! She has the water basin that shows the things that were, things that are, and some things.. “that have not yet come to be.” One of the very bad lines in the script of The Fellowship of the Ring. Should have been ‘things that yet may be’. Would have sounded much more fluid. Not sure what the text actually says, though, and I’m a bit lazy to get up to get the book at the mo. Cate Blanchett in the movie.
